Q1 2023
CORE GAME DEVELOPMENT
In the first phase of the development, we will focus on creating the core gameplay elements.
Our focus in this phase: core game, PvP system, matchmaking, and user interface.
Q2 2023
META GAME DEVELOPMENT
In the second phase of the development, we will focus on enhancing the core game with additional meta game features.
Our focus in this phase: athlete management, player & athlete progress, and the tournaments & leagues system.
Q3 2023
POLISHING & ADDITIONAL DIGITAL OWNERSHIP LAYER DEVELOPMENT
In the third phase of the development, we will polish all existing game elements to meet the highest standards. We will also begin the development of the additional digital ownership layer, which will add optional functionality for our Web3 players.
Our focus in this phase: UI/VFX/SFX polish, performance optimization, bug fixing, and the optional digital ownership layer.
Q4 2023
ONBOARDING
In the fourth phase of the development, we have to ensure a smooth players onboarding process and develop intuitive tutorials.
Q1 2024
CLOSED BETA TESTING
In the fifth phase of the development, we will provide ONE Fight Arena to a closed group of beta testers. After that, we will review the feedback and make changes accordingly.
Our focus in this phase: closed beta testing, incorporating feedback, and final polishes and optimizations.
Q2 2024
GAME LAUNCH
The most rewarding event on the roadmap! In Q2 2024, we will officially release ONE Fight Arena! But we definitely won't stop there. This is just the beginning of an exciting future full of updates, events, tournaments, and other activities!

This concept is truly unique and something you won’t see in any other fighting game, so we will unveil it piece by piece during the development.
THE ULTIMATE MMA FAN EXPERIENCE
ONE Fight Arena will provide the ultimate experience to every ONE Championship and martial arts fan, and many of the game elements simulate what an athlete typically feels during a match. Just like the ONE stars who compete inside the Circle, players will need to plan strategically, utilize quick thinking skills, make hard decisions, and even manage their emotions. Also, some of the game elements and community activities are tied closely to the events and could garner special rewards.
